Angelica Panganiban is known as one of the most versatile actresses in ABS-CBN. She has been part of the network ever since she was a child when she initially appeared on movies before venturing into television.
She was recognized for her acting prowess in ‘Separada’ and in ‘Sarah… Ang Munting Prinsesa.’ Angelica bagged two Best Child Actress awards in the FAMAS and in the PMPC Star Awards.
In 2004, she had her breakthrough with the movie ‘Santa Santita,’ where she starred alongside Jericho Rosales. The movie contained risqué scenes and was considered provocative, but Angelica was able to professionally execute the role at the young age of 18.
She was more famous for her television roles, where she was able to play antagonistic roles in the first part of her career. This gained her superior acting chops and soon after, she was able to appear in comedies as well.
When Angelica appeared in films such as ‘Here Comes the Bride,’ ‘Bulong,’ and in the independent film ‘That Thing Called Tadhana,’ she proved her versatility as an actress by making people laugh, and not just cry, with her lines and quips.
In line with her achievements, Angelica is known to spend her earnings on luxurious things. She is famous for posting branded items on her Instagram account, despite being bashed or slammed by some netizens.
One of the pictures that gained some buzz is her expensive pair of slippers which she posted on March 20. Kami reported that Angelica owns white mules and slides with the logo of Chanel, a well-known luxury brand.
Philippine Entertainment Portal revealed that it is made of calfskin and has a retail price of 45,309 pesos on eBay.
