PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa Scolded 7 Police Officers Linked To The Robbery/Extortion Of 3 Koreans At Angeles City: 'T***ina nakakahiya kayo!'

When a South Korean businessman was kidnapped and slain by a high-ranking police officer, the whole country cried foul - especially Philippine National Police Chief Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa.

It was not an isolated case since news of another Korean being victimized was reported and confirmed by the police.

According to ABS-CBN, several cops from Angeles City, Pampanga were the ones responsible for the robbery and kidnapping of the Koreans, including the aforementioned businessman.

The businessman, identified as Ick-Joo Jee, was abducted under the guise of a drug-bust operation by the police. He was later killed inside Camp Crame itself, the PNP's headquarters in Quezon City.

Ick-Joo Jee was taken from his house in Angeles City last October and was reportedly strangled to death by a policeman inside Camp Crame. Chief 'Bato' promised that the investigation would be thorough and that there would be no cover-up involved.

"No cover up, wag kayong mag-alala. Ang cover-up na gagawin natin e i-cover up natin ng lupa iyang mga pulis na iyan." Chief 'Bato' proclaimed.

Duterte's spokesman Ernesto Abella also condemned the crime, saying "We assure everyone that there will be no whitewash or cover-up. We will not tolerate abusive, errant policemen who betray the organization."

The Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that police superintendent Rafael Dumlao III was the alleged mastermind behind the killings. He was tagged by SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel, who was initially considered the prime suspect in the case. Four policemen, along with four NBI agents, were reportedly the ones involved in the kidnap-slay.

News5 showed a clip on their official Facebook page featuring an incensed PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa reprimanding the corrupt cops.

He said to one of them, "PO1 ka pa lang, put*ng *na ka. Ilang taon ka na sa serbisyo? Ha? Five years? PO1 pa rin? Bakit 'di ka ma-promote?"

When the policeman couldn't answer, he said, "Kaya sindikato ka na lang, ha?!"

"T***ina nagpulis kayo para magsindikato!" He added, his voice brimming with rage.
