Humans are not fitted live underwater. However, a man named Harrison Okene was found alive and breathing by a group of scuba divers who have embarked on a recovery mission to save a Nigerian sunken ship, including the dead bodies within it. The ship has been there for three days.
In a footage found in GlobalLeaks News' YouTube account, the divers were extremely shocked when they'd spotted Harrison inside the ship which had sunk to the bottom of the ocean. The ship has been there for three days.
Harrison, a sailor, survived because he found an air pocket, which allowed him to breathe for three days. The man reported that he had no food, water, and was living in a pitch-black environment.
Everyone in the ship died except him. According to the divers, he seemed afraid when they had first encountered him. When Harrison realized that they were on a rescue mission, he gladly went with them.
The event had Harrison having terrible nightmares after the rescue and had himself make a vow to never to return to the sea again, according to the Associated Press.
The divers also noted that he was found clutching a bottle of Coke. Harrison remembered that when they'd rescued him, the divers all exclaimed "He's alive! He's alive! He's alive!"
