President and founder of American Congress for Truth (ACT) for America, Brigitte Gabriel, is known for her hard opinions on Muslims who use Islam to prepetuate terror. She has been repeatedly accused of being anti-Islam and has written the book, Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America. More than ever, Gabriel is being looked at as a key player in the new US Administration for her pronouncements against radical Islam.
One of her most talked about speaking engagements was on 2014 in Allison Auditorium in Wahington DC. An American University law student, Saba Ahmed, introduced herself as a Muslim and asked Gabriel this question:
"I know that we portrait Islam and all Muslims as bad, but there is 1.8-billion Muslim followers of Islam. We have 8-million plus Muslim Americans in this country and I don’t see them represented here, but my question is how can we fight an ideological war with weapons? How can we ever end this war? The jihadist ideology that you talk about, it’s an ideology. How can you ever win this thing if you don’t address it ideologically?"
The anti-terrorist speaker answers with a detailed statement on how she is not "bashing Muslims."
