This list includes, nuts, tofu, wheat, tea and sweet potato. She also explained that ginger has many health benefits and is good for headache and nausea. You can boil them and turn them to 'salabat' to enjoy their benefits. Of course, Ampalaya made it to the list. It helps regulate blood sugar and is good for diabetic people.
On the other hand, Dr. Willie Ong, explains what happens in the heart when one is experiencing a heart attack. He also shares some of the remedies to prevent heart attack.
