The voice of the late Fernando Poe, Jr. was heard during one of Cardo's scenes in ABS-CBN's 'Ang Probinsyano'.
In a scene where Cardo, portrayed by Coco Martin, was inside his cell suffering from the effects of torture, the late FPJ's voice was heard giving him words of motivation.
The disembodied voice said.
Echoing the words uttered by the original 'Probinsiyano'.
FPJ a.k.a. 'Da King' died on December 11, 2004 due to a stroke. His remains are buried at Manila North Cemetery.
Despite over a decade since his passing, FPJ is still in the hearts of the Filipino people.
